With her extensive experience in production and design, she is a key element to the Horizon crew.

By joining Horizon Equity Group, Paul has been able to combine his thorough and systematic accomplishments with his natural ability to guide and advise clients as VP of Dealer Services. He will lead the specialization of building dealer equity and wealth through cutting-edge F&I products, comprehensive training and digital marketing solutions.

Jillian’s passion for innovation and insights has allowed her to create a unique concept-to-consumer strategy for retail agencies. She is responsible for identifying opportunities and strategies that will drive agency newness, strategic acquisitional growth, diversity & inclusion and consumer execution through cultural and business trends.

VP - Operations
Jordynn maintains control of diverse business strategies, plans and procedures to promote maximum performance and dedication between business partners and employees. While performing an extensive range of administrative tasks she maintains internal and external relationships with key company influencers through the coordination of data, presentations and materials.

With extensive F&I experience, Kevin joins the team with a specialty in training and financial growth improvements. He brings current trends and knowledge to our team, while managing and improving production amongst accounts.

Marketing Manager
As Emilee continues to collaborate and coordinate creative concepts and content to generate marketing promotions and brand identity, she recently took on Horizon Equity Group within the automotive industry. At HEG she will be rebranding the boutique agency through website design, photography and documentation, email marketing, social media campaigns and engagement.

Lily is our Bernese Mountain Dog who comes to work each day ready to play and cultivate a community of joy, treats and extra long walks. She instills the importance of physical activity in our work environment while also being a support in any tough situation. Her love knows no bounds!
